Discipleship in action (Luke 17:1-19)

Martin Woodier, October 18, 2020
Part of the Guest Speakers series, preached at a Sunday Morning service

What does it look like, in action, to live as a disciple of Jesus? Whether you are already a disciple (follower), or are thinking about becoming one, or are just interested, it's important to know. Martin will look at key areas Jesus spoke about.

About Martin Woodier: Martin is Pastor of a one year old church plant in Keighley: Emmanuel Church. He is also Co-Pastor of the sending church, South Craven Evangelical Church, alongside Paul Gamston. He originally came from Leicester to Yorkshire in 1982 to study maths and support a small church plant in Leeds. He pastored Bethel Church in Otley for 30 years and has been involved in training church members and potential leaders (including quite a few people from DEC!). He was married to Kim for 32 years before the Lord took her home in 2016; he has three grown-up children and three grandchildren.
