The Holy Spirit's Presence and Work. (John 16:7-8)

Part of the The Upper Room series, preached at a Sunday Morning service

The Lord Jesus moves on from telling His disciples about His absence with them, to tell, to reassure them of the ongoing presence and work of the Holy Spirit who would be sent in His fulness by Jesus to be the One to be with them, to comfort and help them. Jesus went on to tell them of the work the Holy Spirit would do in the world and today we see an overview of His work convicting work mainly from v8. We will go on next time to see of His work in more detail next time.
